Penthouse Aria

Above the rooftops of Brera, a single-floor apartment was reconceived as a sequence of calm, connected volumes. A central marble core organises the plan; around it, rooms open and close with pivoting walnut screens rather than doors.

The palette is deliberately narrow — three materials, one warm grey, and the changing Milanese sky. Bronze details catch the low winter sun and disappear by midday, so the apartment keeps its own quiet clock.
